First Human Being…….then Human Resource

Filed under: Management Lesson of the Day — ibslibrarychandigarh @ 4:49 am

There is one very famous story from Indian mythology.  Once the elephant of Vishnu (the Indian god) caught by a crocodile when it gone to the river to drink water.   It cried for help. Vishnu heard its agonised cry and besides having millions of servants, he at once rushed to the river to rescue his elephant.  He killed the crocodile and saved the elephant.

Moral:  Your employees are first human being and only later they are human resource.
