WebOPAC/Central WebOPAC
OPAC stands for Online Public Access Catalogue. All the library collection is available at the webopac. You can access the list of all the books, journals and magazines through the webopac. Inspite of the collection, you can also use it to know the status of a particular book/title, list of new arrivals of books, latest issue of a particular journal/magazine.
Central WebOPAC is a gateway, through which you can access the collection of the libraries of all other IBS centres across India. This will be helpful, if you want to consult a particular book or document for any special purpose. That document will be provided on demand on Inter Library Loan.
Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ)
DOAJ is a directory of the journals and magazines in the varous fields of knowledge. These journals/magazines are available in fulltext online free of charge. Through this single window, you will be able to access all the information sources. These journals/magazines will be very helpfull not only for your study but also for future use in your professional career.
